The second best news I’ve had all year. Actually, this beats out the previous best news. It’s a little blurb buried in this article.
AIG Baker is developing the Carson Valley Plaza next to Wal-Mart [...] Reynolds said other tenants, including restaurants, Quizno’s Subs, Texas Roadhouse and In-N-Out Burger, have signed purchase agreements for out-pads in the plaza.
That shopping center is only five miles from my house. You hear that sound? That’s me doing the happy dance.
