Real World CSS

Mark Newhouse, he who wrote about Practical CSS in ALA a while back, has now brought the subject to life at a new site, Real World CSS. It’s full of lots of geeky goodness and be nice to Netscape tricks, if you’re into that sort of thing.

Internet radio wuz lynched

Hollywood and the media companies have been working with the government to drive Internet radio stations, which are basically smaller, more efficient competitors, out of business. They’ve done a pretty good job recently, what with the CARP ruling and all, and Doc Searls has kept on top of the proceedings better than anyone. Today he’s got an article outlining where we are now and why there’s cause to be pessimistic. Scary stuff – we’re losing the Internet to the big companies and the corrupt politicians.
